Data Deletion Instructions
1. How to Request Deletion
Send an email to support@snigdhainvitations.com with subject line Data Deletion Request.
2. Include These Details
- Your full name used on Snigdha Invitations (if available).
- Registered mobile number and/or email linked to the account.
- Whether you want full account deletion or specific data deletion.
3. Data That Can Be Deleted
- Account profile details (name, email, phone, profile image).
- Device-linked session records and active authentication tokens.
- Feedback submissions associated with your email identity.
4. Processing Timeline
We aim to acknowledge requests within 3 business days and complete eligible deletion requests within 7 to 15 business days, subject to security verification and legal obligations.
5. Verification and Exceptions
We may request identity confirmation before deleting data. Certain records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
